Job Opening: Civil CADD Technician

This role is responsible for assisting in the creation, modification, analysis, and/or optimization of a design to produce plans and schematics.

Summary:

In this role, you will use modeling software such as Civil 3D to prepare contract documents from field measurements or data and specifications. You will be required to perform some calculations in accordance with established practices and use judgment in making adaptations and modifications to 3D models.This role involves working with our Land Development Department.

Essential Functions & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

  • Proficient in civil engineering/site development drafting including profiles and street sections.

  • Previous experience in the design of civil infrastructure projects.

  • Ability to make sound decisions and problem solve technical issues.

  • Must maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to details and meet job schedules.

  • Good communication skills, commitment to project efficiency and accept challenges.

  • Has a working knowledge of technical and office support software (Office Software).
