Woodford Estates

Parrish-Layne Design Group prepared and coordinated the single-family development, Woodford Estates, located in south Chesapeake. We represented our client on land-use matters from start to finish including representation with a conditional rezoning, expansion of the utility service area, preliminary subdivision plat approvals, detailed construction development plans including off-site utility extensions and road improvements, construction stake-out, as-built approvals and individual home services.
